Whats the abstract
Fist part of the report that provides an overview of the study, and must include a summary of the following;
Aims
Methods
Hypothesis
Results
Conclusion
What’s they introduction
This can refer to past research and other studies that have ben conducted, so the reader knows the reasonings behind the study
It should include
Aims and the research predictions
The research hypothesis is given
Whats the method
This included the method that the researcher conducted to establish their results and should include:
Procedure
Ethics
The design of the study and a reasoning why
Sampling method
And the study needs to be discussed in chronological order.
Whats the results
This is a description of what the researcher conducted to found in the study
The results must be clear
Can be shown in tables or graphs
Show significant levels
Whats the discussion
Consider what the results mean in terms of psychological theory and should include:
Summary of results
Relationship between these results and results from previous research
Consideration of methodology
Suggestions for future research
Whats the referencing
This is a list of all the sources that the information came from.
The reason for this is too avoid copy write and to notify the reader where the infomation came from
