-may also have livedo reticularis, skin infarcts, cyanotic toe

ADPKD
-pts in 40s/50s with a family hisotry of renal disease who presents with flank pain, hematuria and htn
persistent fever, bilateral conjunctiviits, LAD, cutanous involvement (erythema/fissured lips) strawberry tongues, peripheral extremities: edema of hands feet, ertyhema of palms/soles and desquamation of the fingertips (periungual) polymorphous (uritarcial erythemaous rash bvegining on the extremities and moving to the trunk)
kawasaki disease
renal disease and hemoptysis
good pastures disease
anti basement membrane
IgG and C3 deposition
nephritis and deafness and ocular manifestation
alport syndrome
