Bloods: FBC, UEs, LFTs, coag, lipids, glucose, ESR, immunoglobulins, complement, ANA, ANCA, anti-CCP, HIV/Hepatitis screen
Urine dip and ACR
Renal USS
Renal Biopsy

Primary: FSGS, membranous glomerulonephritis
Secondary: diabetes, RA, SLE, HIV/hepatitis, malignancy, NSAIDs
