FBC, UEs, LFTs, CRP, ESR, immunoglobulins, autoantibodies, completment
Viral serology
Thick and thin film for malaria (repeated)
CK in malignant hyperthermia
HIV
Blood cultures, sputum cultures, urine cultures and consider CSF cultures
