  • Rise in serum creatinine >50% in 7 days
  • <0.5ml/kg/hour of urine for last 6 hours

  • Significant proteinuria (>3g/24 hour)
  • Low albumin (<25g/L)
  • Peripheral oedema

  • Children = minimal change disease
  • Adults = membranous nephropathy
  • Elderly = focal segmental glomerulosclerosis
