2 - Exercise - Pelvic Tilts:
How to Do It: Lie on your back with knees bent. Flatten your lower back against the floor by tilting your pelvis upwards. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10-15 times.

1 - Goals: Improve mobility, strengthen lumbar-supporting muscles, and enhance core stability.
2 - Exercise - McKenzie Extension Exercises:
Prone on Elbows: Prop up on elbows, hold for 10-15 seconds, and repeat.
Prone Press-Up: Fully extend arms and lift chest, holding for a few seconds. Repeat 10-15 times.
What exercises are recommended for the late stage of rehabilitation?
1 - Goals: Restore full range of motion, strengthen lumbar and core muscles, and improve functional movements.
2 - Exercise - Bridge with Extension:
How to Do It: Lie on your back, lift hips to form a bridge, extend one leg while holding the position. Alternate legs for 10-15 repetitions each.
