It helps them to cope with personal problems

That people who try cannabis may have an increased desire to try harder drugs.
Some people think cannabis is a ‘gateway drug’. What does this mean?
That cannabis brings people into contact with drug dealers.

Because more people use legal recreational drugs e.g. alcohol and nicotine.
