Do not cook your organs!
If it is very hot outside, do not play. As your body gets warmer, your blood gets closer to your skin. You sweat to cool down.
Heat stroke occurs when your body reaches 105 degrees. Your heart is working extra hard to get blood to your skin to cool your blood down. Then your major organs, including your brain, are not functioning on the blood supply they normally need. Your organs are now starving for blood! The starved organs take heavy damage which is permanent, just like accident damage on car fenders and panels remain damaged until replaced. Same with organs, throughout your lifetime the damaged organs now continue to fail until they (YOU) die. This explains why older people get heart and kidney failure later in life!
Surgeons, race car drivers, firemen and astronauts wear some type of cold water vest which circulates the cold water through a maze of water tubes to prevent overheating and organ damage.–Modern Marvels
