Septal bounce is seen during which phase

A

Diastole

The septum moves initially towards LV and then away from LV in diastole

Increases with inspiration and less with expiration

As the RV filling starts slightly early and there is rapid RV filling which cause septal most to left and as pressure equalizes it reverses
