Use rated thrust if
A
-Tailwind Greater than 5 kts
- known or reported Wind-shear
- when deicing fluids have been used
- Any nonstandard configurations require it’s use
- Anytime Captain deems Assumed temperature not appropriate.. ie TS in Vacinity, limited runway performance margin etc
