Obstetric cholestasis

A

Itching on palms and soles, limbs and trunk (no abdo pain)
After 30 wks, fhx
Impaired bike acid secretion -> raised serum bile acid
Complications: preterm labour, intracranial haemorrhage, fetal distress, intrauterine death
Deliver 37-38 wks
