Mr Rash, 23, presents to the ED complaining of generalised aches and pains and flu like symptoms. Due to the long wait Mr Rash is given Paracetamol 1gm orally and waits four hours before representing to the triage desk. Mr Rash reports feeling extremely unwell and ‘not himself’. A purple rash is noted on his chest.
