A

Centred and often confined to ovarian Hilus
Astd with androgenic manifestations > oestrogenic
Small
nodular grouping. abundance eosinophilic cytoplasm. Reinke crystals. Usually +Ve for inhibin, calretinin and Melan A.

Juvenile Granulosa cell tumours are?

A

5% of Granulosa cell tumours. Normally <30 yo. Astd with AKT1 mutation in 60%. Not Astd with FOXL2. Various architecture- non-groved nuclei and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm differentiates from adult. +ve for inhibin, calretinin, SF-1, WT1, CD99 and CD56

A
The number of low power fields (4.5mm) containing aggregated amount of malignant neuroepithelialium in any one slide. 
Grade 1: < 1 HPF in any one slide
Grade 2: 1 - <3
Gr 3: >/=3 
Also 2 tiered
Low <1
High >/=1

Dysgerminoma histo described as?

A

Sheets of monotonous tumour cells seperated by thin fibrous septa. POLYGONAL. well defined borders and a centrally placed nuclei +Ve for SALL4, OCT 4 and KIT
