PORTABLE NOTES:

- Must be programmed for repeater
- Portables on REG. R3 might be able to talk to each other if in close proximity.
- REG. R3 can hear “REPEATER R3 but can’t talk
- REPEATER R3 Portable CANT hear REG. R3
- IVCS and CPI on R3 can TX/RX to any REG/REPEATER R3 Portable
- R2 does NOT exist for IVCS and CPI
- All REG. R3/REPEATER R3 are recorded on Audio Recorder R3 channel.
