- lips open = R/L anteriors
- Head tilt = not center
- Head rotated = 1 side wider, 1 side narrower
- Head up = flat smile
- Head down = smiley
- Head forward = minimising, fuzzy, spine
- Head back = Fuzzy, larger
- Slumped spine
- Shoulder interference
- Pt movement
- Didn’t raise tongue = R/L mx roots

Bisecting right angle technique:
A
Long axis of tooth and long axis of film - bisecting line (half btwn) - beam right angle

Narrowing, smaller:

Closer to the film - outside focal trough - too anterior
Focal trough: horizontal film plate produces 1:1 ratio to offset inherent magnification.
