A
Galaxies with very active supermassive black holes at their centers and long jets of spewed out material at its axes of rotation.

What is an Accretion Disk?
A
A structure in the shape of a disk formed by diffuse material in orbit around a massive central body.

What range of the Spectrum do Quasars release?
A
Infrared, Visible Light, Ultraviolet, and X-Rays.

Why do we see Radio waves from Quasars?
A
There is a lot of red-shifting happening, so we can see much lower frequencies being emitted from Quasars.
