Coherence
refers to the way we use vocabulary and grammatical structures to make connections between the ideas within a text. It provides flow and sequence to your work and helps make your paragraphs clear for the reader; referred as forming a whole unit
Cohesion
Examples of cohesion in writing include:
Use of transition words to clarify the connection between ideas and use of parallel grammatical structures
it is the structural framework for writing, the logical progression and completeness of ideas in a text
Organization

such as brainstorming and outlining wherein the writer reads or researches information and understands each through note-taking so he or she can make sense of the information read and synthesize it, establish a writing outline, and decide what to put in each paragraph, including what pattern of development to use to achieve a well-structured and logically sequenced ideas
Prewriting process
wherein he or she writes what was outlined considering theuse of research (facts, statistics, information) and properly linking each by using cohesive devices (reference words, synonym, transition signals). Hence, an organized paragraph must be composed of sensible ideas at the sentence level, aka cohesive, so it can be called a coherent paragraph
