What is the key differences between IPMS and COMP 6?

IPMS 3 - NIA = IPMS includes columns and internal dominant face of over 50% of wall covering.

How would you measure works on site that the contractor applied for?
- Look at what has been applied for
- go to site and look at the works
- can measure on site if necessary
- will make an assessment using drawings of proposed works
- agree with contractor what is fair and reasonable
How could the client increase NIA on building?
- reduce size of cores and columns
- reduce depth of facade
