- Anything that impedes someone to act imperial and in the best interest of a client
- Acting for two competing developers
What is modern slavery?
- Exploitation of people for personal gain.
- forcing people to work against their will.
What is money laundering?
Illegal process of making money sourced from illegals activity appear to come from a legitimate source
What is a bribe?
A negatively viewed reward offered for someone’s personal gain/motive
What are the CPD requirements for members?
- minimum 20 hours each year
- 10 formal
- must maintain relevant understanding of RICS standards

- Warning
