• Quality: The standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind (Meeting/Exceeding the needs of the people we serve)

d. Timely: Reducing waits and sometimes harmful delays
e. Efficient: Avoiding waste, in particular waste of equipment, supplies, ideas, and energy
