putting systems in place to ensure the quality of the manufacturing processes
advantage of quality assurance
ensures faults are found earlier in the production process
what are registration marks?
a black cross in the corner of a printed page to ensure printing plates are aligned correctly
what are colour bars?
bars containing blocks of colour printed outside crop marks to ensure the colours are at the correct intensity
what are crop marks
they show you whee to cut the printed page to get rid of registration marks and colour bars
