4) Positive guidance and support towards acceptable behaviour
5) Has regard to the cultural values, age and physical and intellectual development and abilities of each child.

The approved provider must ensure the children have opportunities to interact and develop respectful and positive relationships with each other and staff
The AP must have regard to the size and composition of the group.

AP’s and NS’s must ensure that parents may enter the service at any time unless:

a) Permitting the parent would pose a risk to the safety of anyone,
