Describe the badging process to include, types of badges, systems used, and sign in requirements.
Submit a work order, work order gets approved, badge gets created, vendor shows up and shows I.D., gets the badge.
Green – Daily vendor, no escort
Blue – Engineers, Remote Hands, trusted vendors, strategic partners. No escort needed.
Yellow - Customer
Red – Escort required 100% except front lobby
Orange - Construction
Discuss the Escorting requirements for personnel with red badges.
Picked up from lobby, escorted throughout site, dropped off at lobby, cannot be left alone.
Can be escorted by blue or yellow badges.
Describe the Customer Contact List to include:
General Information provided:
Site code, assigned space, name, email, phone, authorization
Where it is located:
Located on Insite on the left, labeled “Customer Contact Lists”

Assign to respective lead or yourself, send customer communication to acknowledge, send email to individual assigned
