Fire Engine in the air has a different priority than a Fire Engine on Ground.
What are the 3 priorities on-ground?

- Extinguish the fire;
- Evacuate if necessary.
UPS operation don’t have the pax concern but communication with Jumpseaters still applies
What are the major differences between Fire Engine on Ground and Fire Engine (inflight)
On-Ground:
- The confirmation responses are eliminated;
- Doesn’t prioritize the use of both bottles.
since the second bottle will be discharged on the evacuation checklist
For the 747-400 on the ground which checklist must be used in case of Fire Warning displays in the EICAS?
Use of Fire Engine on Ground since this would save time.
The 747-8 Fire Engine on Ground is identical to the -400.
However, with ECL equipped airplanes like -8 what methodology should be used?
