A
inflamed erythematous papules, pustules or nodules
associated with various systemic illnessess- IBD, rheumatoid arthritis, cancers, haematological disturbances.

treatment of pyoderma gangrenosum
A
wound care
corticosteroids (prednisolone 60-80mg orally OD)
TNF alpha inhibitors (infliximab)
anti inflamamtory drugs / immunosupressants
avoidance of surgical debridement
