-doctor name, address, number
-date
-patient name
-treatment suggestion (rational, benefits, side effects, costs etc)
sleep and immune function
helps cytokine production, strengthen immune memory
salt water gargle
hydrotherapy for sore throat
helps with symptoms, anti inflame, and changes pH

distilled water and sea salt
for URTI, reduce viral load, symptoms
bathing for skin disorder
warm, not hot

exercise to strengthen muscle, maintain bone strength
–>low impact i.e. cycling, walking, water
tai chi for osteoarthritis of the knee and in RA reduced pain
hydrotherapy; when to do hot and when to do cold
Application of heat is an effective modality for the relief of joint pain and stiffness caused by RA and OA
Cold is preferable for treatment of an acutely inflamed joint to help decreased pain and inflammation
low back pain
gentle exercise, not prolonged sitting, balance exercise, yoga, pilates
help with weight management, no smoking, massage, hydrotherapy
sleep not on stomach and pillows for support
