Extra vascular water in lungs - interstitial and alveoli

What are the clinical signs of a Pulmonary Oedema in a x-ray?
A
Butterfly/ bat wing shadows - bilateral fleecy apocoties spreading from hilum
Enlarged heart - depending on cause

What are the clinical signs of a Pulmonary Oedema in an auscultation?
A
Crackles
Sometimes fine,bubbly noises

What causes a Pulmonary Oedema?
A
Fluid overload
Back pressure from a failing left heart
Osmotic or hydrostatic pressure changes
Increased capillary permeability
