- LTRA: leukotriene receptor antagonist - montelukast or 5-lipoxygenase Zileuton

- immunomodulators: omalizumab
Smoking Cessation
- NTRT (gum, patch etc) OR bupropion OR varenicline

LABA or LA Anticholinergic
(ex: salmeterol /indacaterol /formoterzol /indacaterol /vilanterol with fluticasone + Tiotropium/aclidinium/glycopyrrolate)
COPD grp D
LA anticholinergic + LABA with ICS
Group C COPD
ICS + LABA (beclomethasone/ bedenoside/ fluticasone) or LABA + LAA
