What is Performance Profiling
It is a technique that can raise a performer’s self-awareness and help the athlete and the coach understand their vision and set interventions to achieve improved performance

Focused on what the athlete needs to do to improve their performance

Focus on improvement and self-challenge and require athletes to surpass their previous experiences.

Focus on demonstrating superiority over opponents, ensuring they are not outperformed.
