Common SE (3 + 2 prolonged) 2 emergency
Sirtralline - (safest cardiac-wise)
Fluoxetine - watch out for Serotonin syndrome
Citalopram - QT prolongation
SE: Restlessness/agitation, GI disturbance, headache.
Sex dysfunction, weight change
Bleeding and suicidal thoughts.

Mirtazapine - weight gain and strong sedation
Tricyclic - amitriptylene, lofepramine, nortriptylene.
SE are antimusc and anti cholinergic.
Low dose neuropathic pain. Overdose prolongs QT interval prolong.
MAOI - Last resort drug for atypical depression, many interactions w/other drugs. Tyramine reaction (avoid meats, pickled, cheese and wine). Moclobamide
Vortioxetine. Many seritonergic agonist. Well tolerated.
Causes nausea.
