What is it?
What are its 3 common presenting patterns?
A
➊ Inflammatory arthritis associated with Psoriasis - 10-40% of psoriasis pts
➋ • Symmetrical polyarthritis - similar to RA
• Asymmetrical oligoarthritis
• Spondylitis +/– sacroiliitis

What are the features of it?
A
• Psoriatic skin plaques
• Nail changes - Koilonychia and Onycholysis
• Dactylitis - distinctive features, occuring in 25% of pts

How is it managed?
A
• Steroids/NSAIDs for symptomatic relief
• DMARDS (Methotrexate, Sulfasalazine, Hydroxychlowoquine)
• Biologics (Infliximab)
