Conclusion Game plan:

  • The correct answer to a Conclusion question the argument’s main conclusion. Conclusion questions play to a major strength you’re already honed; you should already be identifying the conclusion in every stimulus as part of designing your CLIR.
  • But the LSAT sometimes uses complex language to make Conclusion questions a little harder. check out this example.
    • Xena believes that we should reinstate rules as a means of setting our differences. Xena, however, is wrong. Duels bring death and detection, neither of which are fit for a civilized society.
  • The conclusion is “Xena, However, is wrong,” but that might no be the correct answer in a conclusion question.
    • Xena is wrong
    • Xena is incorrect in claiming that we should reinstate duels.
    • Our society should no reinstate duels.
    • Duels should not be reinstated.
  • **Notice how Xena was not mentioned.
