Q

4 general categories of Tertiary structure

A

1- Hydrogen bond between partial charges on N-H and C–O groups
2- Ionic bonds between fully charged on R-Group
3-Covelant bond between sulfur atoms in R-group that form S-S/ Disufide Bridges
4- Interactions among hydrophobic R-Groups

Q

Chaperone protiens

A

1-Support folding
2- Help bring parts of the primary and secondary structure near each other so hydrogen bond and other interactions can occur and stabilize the tertiary structure
