Cerebral Vascular Accident (CVA/stroke)

effects one half of the body on the opposite side of the brain. (EG. left brain stroke effects right arm)

Intracranial Hemorrhage
A
bleeding in the brain. symptoms similar to concussion but can be lethal and symptoms come later.

Concussion
A
(not permanent) A brain injury caused by a blow to the head or a violent shaking of the head and body.may happen with or without the loss of consciousness.

Contusion
A
Symptoms for both concussions and contusions include: dizziness, headaches, nausea, photophobia. If the injury occurs in the medulla oblongata, loss of consciousness is possible. (permanent)
