Prognosis Main Factors

A

Prognosis will be defined as easy to treat if the first 4 factors are different than the vikruti or main dosha. If they are the same then the prognosis will be difficult.

MAIN FACTORS:

  1. Constitution
  2. Climate
  3. Age
  4. Season
  5. Pathway: inner/outer=easy; central=difficult
  6. Dosha(s) affected: more than one=difficult
  7. Duration: >6mos = difficult
