Do the right thing because it is the right thing regardless of the consequences

The greatest good for the greatest number
What are the 4 principles of Beauchamp and Childress
Autonomy - the right for an individual to make their own choice, beneficence - acting with the best interest of the other in mind, non-maleficence - above all do no harm, justice - fairness and equality among individuals
What are the 3 points of valid consent?
An individual has to have mental capacity to make the decision, consent has to voluntary, not coerced into the decision, sufficient info has to be offered to allow the individual to understand the nature of the decision and it’s likely consequences
What are the 4 layers of ethical dilemmas one should use?
autonomy, deontological, consequential and external
