What are the outer ‘controllers’ of the crime triangle?

A

Handler (offender)- a person who is in a position to exert some control over the offenders behaviour e.g parents, spouse, probation officer.
Guardian (victim) - people who can protect e.g family, co-workers, security, police.
Manager (location) - someone who has some responsibility for controlling behavior in the specific location e.g teacher, landlord, establishment owner.
