Hx/cs/exam - ext. palpation/rectal exam Urinalysis Biochem - kidney profile to check if blocking tubules (+bun/crea) - liver profile +ALKP if carcinoma spread to bone Lytes - ca+ also increased if carcinoma spread to bone Haem - wbc count Radiography Ultrasound FNA/Biospy
