What is osteoporosis?
A disease characterised by low bone density and weakening of the bone tissue which leads to fragile bones and increases risk of fractures
What is peak bone mass?
The stage at which bone is the strongest.

Insufficient intake of calcium and vitamin D
Being under/ overweight
