WEBER CLASSIFICATION (for Lateral Malleolus in relation to Distal Syndesmosis between Tibia and Fibula).
A : Below Ankle Joint (Syndesmosis Intact).
B : At Level of Ankle Joint (Syndesmosis Intact/Partial Tear).
C : Above Ankle Joint (Disruption of Syndesmosis).

OTTAWA RULES :
Pain in the Malleolar Zone +
1. Bony Tenderness at Lateral Malleolar Zone.
2. Bony Tenderness at Medial Malleolar Zone.
3. Inability to Walk 4 Weight-Bearing Steps Immediately After Injury and in A&E.
