Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC)
A
bile ducts, both inside and outside the liver, become inflamed and scarred. This leads to a build up of bile in the liver, therefore damaging the liver cells - leading to cirrhosis.

UC (4% of patients with UC have PSC
80% of patients with PSC have UC)
HIV.

This is usually asymptomatic
