Casual pressure group = ?
A group which is concerned with Mankind and not necessarily their own interests. They tend to be local groups and are usually registered as charities. They look after others which are not in the group themselves.
Sectional pressure group = ?
A group which represents a narrow range of self interests. Tend to be known as interest groups. Looks after themselves.
CBI = ?
Confederation of British Industry
What are the CBI?
These are the most important pressure groups and are the most powerful group behind the government and other political parties.
