- dilated pupil, high HR, high energy
- cardiac toxicity (especially when mixed with EtOH) d/t cocaethylene byproduct
- do not give BB (MI risk)

A
  • high HR, high energy, elevated body temperature, decreased appetite
  • can be pruritis/picking and poor dentition “meth mouth”
  • note EtOH OD more likely with meth co-ingestion because meth decreases EtOH depressant activity
