When do we use Present Perfect with other Present tenses?
A
- With report and comment words (to reckon, to suppose,…)
- With the phrase: This is, That is the first time, That is the second time, This is the first time, only, time, …
- Event is unusual or unique with words like: ever or never, superlative words
- When commenting on the present results of something in the past (usually with appear, sound, seem,…)
