A prescription is
a written medication order by the doctor or dentist or veterinarian that is given to the patient so that he or she can read the instructions on how to take the drug(s) and purchase drug(s) that is/are meant to treat his or her condition.

When medically inappropriate, ineffective, and economically inefficient drug are used.
May contain address and clinic schedule.
Prescriber’s signature, name followed by the suffix MD, the prescriber’s address, PRC license number, S2 number, and PTR number.
