What are some of the negative effects of A2s?

A
  • Decrease HR
  • Decrease cardiac output
  • Decrease oxygen deliver to CNS, kidney, brain, heart
  • Increase in urine production due to reduced vasopressin/ renin secretion: bladder could potentially rupture
