Vomiting

menstrual period and experience it through
the first 3 months of pregnancy.
The traditional solution for preventing
nausea is for women to keep
dry crackers,
such as saltines, by their bedside and eat a
few before rising because increasing
carbohydrate intake seems to relieve nausea
better than any other nutrition remedy.
Sucking on sour candies may serve the same
purpose.
