infectious concerns with nutrition during pregnancy
meats and seafood fully cooked, avoid high consumption of nitrates, avoid sprouts, unheated deli meats, soft cheeses, toxoplasmosis, brucellosis from raw milk or meat
Anemia during pregnancy
A healthy pregnancy will have a modest decrease in hemoglobin that will occur in 2nd tri and correct itself by 6 weeks post partum
absence of anemia may be concern
