A sheepskin, or neoprene lined strap placed in the area where a humans belt would go, it encourages the animal to kick out behind itself, rather than rare up, providing a safer showier ride. It has a quick release buckle.

The call was made based on the pigtail, dropping at the shoot, which signifies the barrier function properly. PRCA, rules state judges decision is final, and cannot be overturned by anyone. Based off of what the judge had to make his decision, the correct call was made.
