A
Applied, not merely theoretical. Thus, practical spirituality is something experienced and lived. It is not something to only have a belief in.

- Kabbalah (Tree of Life) - In essence, Kabbalah provides a langauge, structure, or map through which we can begin to understand reality, and therefore all philosophies, religions, sciences, and arts are attempts to express Kabbalah, each in its own way, at its own level, and relative degree of purity.
- Kalachakra - The study of Kalachakra is present in all the Tibetan Buddhist traditions, and is focused on the laws and structures that manage existence, the body, and liberation.

What is consciousness?
A
Consciousness is the ability to perceive. Consciousness is not thought, emotion, or sensation on the body. Consciousness is perception, but it is beyond the physical senses.

A
Our own consciousness because it is the central point of perception. It is how we view things and determines our experiences.
